"Good shows, but the extra fees sneak up on you"
The booking process was straightforward overall, and I appreciated how easy it was to find the show I wanted. That said, the service fees did feel a little excessive once they were added to the ticket price. It’s not a dealbreaker by any means, but it’s definitely frustrating when the final total only really hits you at checkout

"Getting There Was Surprisingly Simple"
Getting there was so easy. The parking was close enough, and hopping on the subway was really straightforward, so it didn’t feel stressful at all. It made me realize how much the little logistics matter, when getting somewhere is smooth, you can actually enjoy the day instead of starting it off frustrated.

"Got help fast when I needed it"
I had to reach out to mirvish about a ticket issue — I think it was last week, or maybe the week before, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, they got back to me way quicker than I thought they would. The person I spoke with was really nice and sorted it out without making it feel like a hassle. I was a bit stressed about the whole thing, but they made it easy. Really good customer service and I’d definitely use them again.

I feel like whenever I check Mirvish, all the good seats are already taken, or the only ones left are way too expensive. It’s frustrating when you’re just trying to grab normal tickets without having to refresh and check all day. Kinda annoying tbh.

"Friendly staff, but I felt uneasy after paying"
The staff were really nice and helped us quickly, which I appreciated. But after I made the payment, I started feeling a bit unsure because there wasn’t much follow-up or reassurance, so it left me kind of wary. Overall, the people there were friendly, but I wish things felt a little more trustworthy after paying

it was frustrating. The show ended up getting cancelled, but the email didn’t come through until late, so I had to keep chasing around for updates myself. Not the smoothest experience.

I booked through mirvish.com and the seat view info was actually accurate. We could see the whole stage clearly, well, not just clearly, really comfortably — with no big heads or railing blocking anything. It definitely made the show more enjoyable. I’d use it again for sure.

I went to a Mirvish show with my mom, who uses a walker, and I really appreciated how manageable everything was. The website made it easy to figure out which seats would work best for her, and once we got there, the staff were patient, kind, and never made us feel like we were in the way. The elevators and washrooms were easy to find too. It reminded me how much it matters when places treat accessibility like a basic part of welcoming people, not an afterthought. It made the whole night feel calmer and more enjoyable for both of us

"Comfy seats for the whole show"
I booked through mirvish.com and the seats was good. They were comfy enough, had decent leg room, and I didn’t feel all squished in like some theatres. Made it easier to just enjoy the show. I’d book again for sure

"Concessions were disappointing"
The show itself was fine, no complaints there, but the concession stand was a letdown. There wasn’t much to choose from besides the same overpriced snacks and drinks, and if you’re looking for anything a little better or healthier, good luck. The lines were also moving really slowly. I reached out about it afterward and felt like support kind of blamed me for expecting more instead of actually acknowledging the issue. For what tickets cost these days, I expected a better overall experience.

I bought tickets on mirvish.com last week, it was way smoother than I expected. I found the show, picked my seats, and checked out without a single weird error, frozen page, or moment where I wanted to throw my laptop into the sun.
The seat map was easy to read, and the email with my tickets showed up almost instantly. I also liked that the prices and fees were shown before I paid, because surprise charges are the absolute worst. I’d definitely use it again
